1. 01

   Pick your platform and role

   Choose HireVue, Spark Hire, Willo, Harver, Jobma, or a general one-way format. Then pick a question set: banking, Big 4, graduate programs, or general behavioral questions.

2. 02

   Answer on camera, against the clock

   You get a prep countdown (for example, 30 seconds), then the answer timer starts (for example, 2 minutes). One take, just like the real thing. Your camera and mic run in your browser. No downloads, no account needed for your free session.

3. 03

   Get feedback and a better answer

   When a scoring key is configured, feedback usually returns within a few seconds. With no key, you immediately see labeled demo scores. You get STAR structure, relevance, filler counts from your words, and a tighter version of the answer.

Your video is recorded in the browser and is not uploaded. Chrome and Edge transcribe as you speak. The transcript text is sent so the answer can be scored. OneShot is for preparation. Do not use it during a real interview.
