Refund Policy

Email us within 7 days of a purchase for a refund of that charge if no credit from it has been used and you have not started a paid practice on a 30-day pass. The free session is not a purchase. Creem processes the payment and the refund. Nothing on this site renews by itself.

Email hello@oneshotinterview.com and include the email you used at checkout. Creem is the merchant of record and sends the refund. We do not store your full card number.

A credit is used when a signed-in practice saves its first answer. A 30-day pass is used when you start a signed-in practice while that pass is active. After that, or after 7 days, a refund is not automatic. The free practice is not a purchase, so there is nothing to refund.

Session packs and the 30-day pass are one-time charges. They do not renew.
