OneShot Interview provides this practice tool. These terms are plain language, not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer.

OneShot Interview is a practice tool. You may use it to prepare for interviews. You may not use it, or any AI tool, during a live or recorded interview or assessment. Doing so can violate an employer's rules.

Practice questions are examples. They are not an employer's actual interview. AI feedback is guidance. It does not guarantee an interview outcome, an offer, or that a score is fair.

A session is one complete mock interview of up to 8 questions. You can choose fewer. The free allowance is one full session per browser, stored in localStorage on that browser. It is not an account.

Paid checkout is a one-time payment. Creem is the merchant of record: Creem charges the card and sends the receipt. The charge does not auto-renew. A single, 5-pack, or 15-pack adds that many credits to the signed-in account. Credits stay until they are used. 30-Day Unlimited adds 30 days of access from the later of the purchase time or any current unlimited expiry, and it does not renew. Signing in is required to buy. The webhook grants the credits or the unlimited period once per Creem event. A signed-in practice spends 1 credit when the first answer is saved, unless an unexpired unlimited period covers it.

Digital access starts when that webhook grants credits or time. If you are in the EU or UK and want to discuss withdrawal before access starts, email us before you pay. Email us within 7 days of a purchase for a refund of that charge if no credit from it has been used and you have not started a paid practice on a 30-day pass. The free session is not a purchase. Creem processes the payment and the refund. Nothing on this site renews by itself.

Your recordings belong to you and stay in the browser. Do not upload someone else's interview without the right to do so. Do not abuse the feedback endpoint. We may refuse scoring that exceeds the published rate or daily budget, and we may suspend access that threatens the service.

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for hiring decisions, lost opportunities, or browser storage being cleared.
